    Hello

    I have several website , using duplicator free, and duplicator pro.

    I have problem , I can’t dowload the installer file from wordpress to my computer
    (using firefox, macbook pro)
    downloading always failed for installet file only (the archive file is downloading without any problem)

    please advice

    Hi I tried, only using FTP for copy is ok.

    I do not understand
    I have for example 2 websites with same setting, with same internet hosting,
    on 1 website I could download the instaler file, on the other one, I can’t.

    It is really a pity.

    I have bought 3 licenses and I use free licence also.
