Is it bug to Traditional Chinese SEO?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My site is mainly in Traditional Chinese, I install the Yoast SEO plugins and always find the keyword not in the SEO title, Traditional Chinese is not like as English, there is no space between words. I need to add space before or after the keyword from SEO title and body content.
Is it bug or the search engine doesn’t recognise the Traditional Chinese keyword?

There is currently an open issue on GitHub that seems to be describing the issue you are currently facing about keywords and using Traditional Chinese as the language.
