Errors on the dashboard

Hello,
1. On the dashboard I get the folowing error in de developers mode of the browser.
The screensetting.
It is no longer possible to select the screensettings or help in the righttop of the screen.

2. Another question. When a user registers, it is not be default in the profileGrid list of the users. Then you have to edit and re-save this user. At first this worked like this.
