Unable to Export subscribers

    I am trying to export my subscriber list from Mail Poet and I keep receiving the following error message: 403 Permission Denied. Why is this happening?

    1. Can you delete MailPoet and install it again?
    2. Are you an admin or do you have another role in WordPress?
