Facebook comments are not being imported

    Dear Support,

    Normally the import of the comments from facebook to the website worked, but not it doesnt work and I dont understand why… everything is set up to import the comments, the comment from facebook is even shown in the dashboard of wordpress, but when I click import facebook comments directly on the post, it said 0 although there is one comment on the facebook fanpage.

    what can I do?

    If you already see the comment in the dashboard of wordpress, it’s already imported. SNAP will not import duplicate.
