Some images are not optimised

Well, I manually uploaded optimized images to the homepage, now Google Pagespeed is fine.

But on other pages, other images are not optimized, as for example:
/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/degustation-vin-70×45.jpg
/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/bikini-mariage-630×200.jpg
/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/faire-part-mariage-390×250.jpg

I believe some image sizes of my theme are not supported, thus not optimized.

Is it possible to add custom image sizes to WP Smush ?

Let me take an example:

See the first article on this page, with this image:
https://www.instantprecieux.fr/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/bolero-mariage-dentelle-630×200.jpg

Pagespeed says:
La compression de https://www.instantprecieux.fr/…4/05/bolero-mariage-dentelle-630×200.jpg pourrait libérer 2,9 Ko (réduction de 13 %).

La compression de https://www.instantprecieux.fr/…ploads/2016/06/degustation-vin-70×45.jpg pourrait libérer 449 o (réduction de 20 %).

On wordpress admin, if I click on this image, it says:
Image size Savings
630X200 1,5 KB ( 6.2% )
70X45 150,0 B ( 8.9% )

So apparently, I was wrong, those images are optimized ! but still not enough for google pagespeed ?

But still google pagespeed is not satisfied:

La compression de https://www.instantprecieux.fr/…4/05/bolero-mariage-dentelle-630×200.jpg pourrait libérer 2,9 Ko (réduction de 13 %).

La compression de https://www.instantprecieux.fr/…ploads/2016/06/degustation-vin-70×45.jpg pourrait libérer 449 o (réduction de 20 %).

Anything we can do ?
