Testimonial Box Width

In my Testimonials section I have one very short review among the others. On this review, the width of the box is only as wide as the image, and it is left-aligned.

I would like the box to be the same width as the others, with the image centred.

I haven’t been able to figure out the CSS and would appreciate input.
