Click load mp3 into flash

Ok this is simple.

I am trying to set up music on my site exactly like how its on this one:

Ive tried getting that same player to work on my site but im having too much trouble.

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a plugin that might do this for mp3’s and videos.

Click the link, and the file loads into the flash player.

Simple.

Any suggestions?
