Default settings can’t be changed

    I just downloaded the free version today to try it out on a client site. I know there are certain extra features to the paid version, but I can’t seem to customize any forms that I create or change any of the default values or labels for the form fields even if they aren’t grayed out. Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting that I’m not seeing? Thanks.

    We checked it at our end and everything seems to be working.

    Please re-check if any plugin or your theme might be conflicting with Contact Bank.
