Hi. I would like to use the featured-pages-option on my static front page. The problem: I would prefer the featured pages to be below the content of my static front page. How can I change the order?

Hello, I am also attempting to move the home page content above the featured pages. However, the solution in the link above only works for the classical theme. I would like to use the modern theme style. Can you please help with this? I do not have a lot of experience with hooks, so clear steps would be extremely helpful!
