Menu looks hovered even if it isn’t..
-
Hello,
I am using an one page website and I use the theme called “FLASH”. My menu was very simple so I wanted to edit it. I downloaded the plugin called “Max Mega Menu” I installed it and did some configurations but I have one problem. The menu looks hovered even when it isn’t. So like image that I set the background color to:black and the background color when hovered to white. My website shows the menu background always white like it is hovered…
Can u please help me!!

Hi Kemal,
Please can you post a link to your site so I can take a look?
It may be that you need to use the theme editor to create a menu theme that uses the same colors as your original theme menu does/did.

TomHere is the link: LINK
Current plugin settings:
Menu Item Background:BLACK
Menu Item Background (Hover):REDHi Kemal,
Thanks for the link.
Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes and uncheck “Highlight current item”. All of the links in the menu point to the homepage, so all of them are ‘current’ and therefore they are all being highlighted.
Regards,
TomThank you very much!!! It worked. I have just one more question. Can’t I use the highlight option? So that it can show which part of the site I am?
Hi kemal,
Highlighting the menu item once you scroll to the section it links to would have been custom functionality/JavaScript that would only ever work with your default theme menu, so I’m afraid it’s not possible to have that with MMM too (MMM is a generic menu plugin designed to work the same on all themes, so it will not pick up custom functionality from an individual theme).
Regards,
TomI understood it. Thank you very much anyway.
My problem has been solved.
