Hi there,

If you use the “inspect element” tool, can you please check if there are any errors showing up in the console ?

What is the URL of your help desk ?

The following error occurs in the console ….. Any ideas so I can attack it?

I tried going to https://kantek.portalmc.mx to see if I can debug but it says the site cannot be reached.

Is this website still up ?
