[Plugin cforms II] is removing footer image

I hope someone out there can help or at least has the same problem.

I’m running the latest version of the cform plug-in and it works great. But randomly, it appears to somehow be “removing” a background image i have in my footer div. What’s odd, when viewing the css in firebug, the image path is still there and correct, but if i paste the image path into the url window, the image doesn’t come up? (but it is there) This issue persists site wide until I clear my cache. I don’t have this issue until I install the cform plug-in.

All this said, I “think” the problem is centered around cform and not a server issue (thought somehow file permissions were getting hosed).

Any help, direction or moment of genius would be appreciated.

I’m running MacOS with the latest version of Firefox.
