500 Error (png image)

    Hi, running latest WP/Woo/PDF plugin and hitting a 500 error caused by two PNG images in my invoice template.

    If I just try to print 1 invoice I can get the PDF up and it shows that it was unable to render the images. When I try to print 10+ invoices I get the timeout error.

    I’ve commented out the lines of code which called the images as follows:

    <!–
    <td class=”return-address”>
    <?php echo ‘‘; ?>
    </td>
    –>

    and I can now print my invoices.

    Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

    Hi, no idea what went on but the png images are now showing again! Nothing has changed from my end but I don’t know if my hosts have changed anything.

    Any info you have on why this may have happened would be appreciated.

    Hi @arranview,

    Good to hear the problem is resolved!
    It is hard to say what went wrong if we don’t have the exact errors. At our end there are no known issues with the showing of images. If you have acces to them you could check your error logs.
