Plugin working but not visible

    I am having hard time to understand this problem. First of all, this is only happening on my Mac using MAMP. In ubuntu and windows, I don’t see this problem.
    The project itself it works properly but when I access as administrator to the ‘Installed plugin page’ I can see on the top right the correct amount of plugins active (14) however in the active list I only see 3 that starts with an ‘A’.
    I tried to re-install everything, changing theme, add one plugin at the time but the result are not consistent. If I remove all the plungin, and then I activate one at the time, the result are always different and eventually before to arrive to the n.14, everything disappear.
    As mentioned before, everything is working properly in the dashboard and this problem started with the 4.9. Any help is apreaciated thank you

    Actually after further investigation I released that the problem is caused by the plugin called: WP Editor. For some reason, adding this plugin make the list of plugin disappear from the active tab. It is like if this plugin add a filter to the active plugin list. This is only happening on a MAC computer with MAMp installed.

    Try contacting the plugin developer.

    Ditch MAMP – Macs are superior for a reason… They do it all out of the box:
