I have New User Notification enabled of course. It was working correctly when i installed at first, but suddenly it stopped. Only in the notifications for the admin( we cant get emails and notifications for new users).

Have you checked your admin email in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Notifications?
You can try to reset “Notifications” section and see if this helps.
Please also do a conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

I did a conflict test, as the guide says, but my notification problem didn’t resolved even when i had the default theme and no other plugins.
Any other Suggestions for my problem?

I have make all the necessary tests, (deactivate all plugins,default theme acivation, activate-deactivate ultimate member plugin) still my problem didnt’t resolved.
i tried to make a manually add member from the default wp tab and the mail notification came to the admin normally.So probably it’s not a mail problem.
Admin’s notifications AND email’s notification in ultimate, when someone registers, seems to have a problem.
I checked your entire support forum for problems like that, but i found nothing yet.
What else is there to check,possible solutions? Please help!
