Safari conflict

    Hello,

    I just created my first test gallery. It works GREAT on the PC but it’s not loading on my iPhone. I’m getting “loading problems error 768”.

    I’m on an iPhone 6+ running 10.3.3 which would also apply to my version of Safari on my phone. I asked some friends with mobile devices to try and it’s doing the same thing on theres. I’m guessing it’s a conflict with the way my WP theme handles mobile?

    I’ve tried the trouble shooting steps suggested but no luck. Please advise.

    Thank you for your feedback. We find out the reason of this conflict in our gallery and iPhone. In last release we have add additional detection of the potential errors in our gallery, in the cases of the conflicts. So looks like it’s not able to work correct on iOS platform, in some versions. So we’ll make fix in today release of our gallery. PLease try to update to the latest gallery version after today release and let me know if it’s not gonna help to fix your gallery or iPhone.
