Activated plugin Visualiser does not allow login into WP (Fatal error)

    Hello, thank you for brilliant plugin Visualiser. I´ve used it 3 years for https://kupnisila.cz/, but suddenly yesterday arose one problem: When the plugin is activated, it works, but I can not come into my WP-administration/backend/system. Instead of login, here: https://kupnisila.cz/wp-admin/ I can see only this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_locale() in /www/kupnisila.cz/kupnisila.cz/wp-content/plugins/visualizer/vendor/codeinwp/themeisle-sdk/class-themeisle-sdk-feedback-translate.php on line 799

    Can you, please, help me fix this problem?
