Terrible support

The latest update was a disaster. Updates should improve things not take away basic functions. Three menus reduced to two leaving those of us who need three looking for a new theme. Lightbox plugins no longer work which is pretty basic stuff for a photography theme. Emails asking for help fixing things just ignored.
