Top bar problem

    Hi.
    I’m using top bar for main menu.

    The problem is that is changing its height, when I scroll page, height of topbar changes.
    In the right bottom of the bar I see 2 arrows that display full height og topbar.

    Is it possible to set a fixed height of topbar and prevent changes on scroll?
