Maybe this is in the PRO version, but I wondering, besides setting up a discount, can the plugin also provide free shipping for a period of time during a promotion?

Finale Premium version has the ability to limited time coupons which can provide free shipping. These coupons can be manually or automatically added as user adds product To cart, allowing you to create free shipping offers.
