Doesn’t load settings page on multisite?

Hi there,

I’m trying to get this plugin working on a multisite install that uses the Divi theme. The settings page will not show the messages or labels for the fields, but instead show the shortcode labels for the settings, some of which I can reason my way through but others I have no idea what the setting is. For instance, I see recommended_content_check_message or success_message_registered instead of the regular string that the message should be. All labels are like this as well, so they are very hard to interpret what I need to do for each field to set this up.

Are there known issues with either multisite or Divi? Any ideas how I can work with this plugin?
