Please help! Uploaded but File Not Found

Help!!

I’m trying to install WordPress for the first time and I know it’s supposed to be very easy, but I’m getting extremely frustrated!

I am using the free hosting program 000webhost.com which looks fine, but if anyone knows about them (or thinks they are not reliable please let me know!).

I set up mySQL database but there is no place in phpAdmin to adjust the permissions. I uploaded the entire wordpress folder (with the corrected wp-config.php) and it is visible through my file manager. Yet when I go to me.com/public_html/wordpress/wp-install.php I get a File Not Found error. I have the same problem even trying to locate the readme.html file.

It’s there in my file manager but I can’t access it! I tried cleaning out my cache and it didn’t help.

Please help! I’m getting very frustrated and am about to throw in the towel. Thanks so much!!!
