Install and use on Multi-Site

I would like to import demo content for the theme I bought (u-design) their instructions say to download and use your plugin for importing the demo content. But when I “network Activate” the plugin, I dont see it in the sidebar for the website I’d like to import the demo content for.

How can I use it? Is there another way to extract the .wpress file?
