Wouldn’t it be useful to have a “save page as” when you are editing a page?
There are times, for instance when you are building a site after editing a theme’s dummy content, in which you would like to replicate a page with some customisations without losing the original page.
This feature would also avoid to add a “duplicate-page” plugin. 🙂

  • You can save the page as a draft.
You can copy the content and paste in a text editor.
Do people actually use a theme’s Dummy Content in their web sites?

I’m talking about those themes that use page builders…

Then you need to ask your theme developer or page builder developer. That is not a WordPress functionality. Themes are not “WordPress”.
