    I need some help regarding the READ MORE button on the front page of Dyad theme
    I need the READ MORE button to appear constant even if I do not have text in posts
    on the front page, if it is possible. It would greatly help me.

    Hmmm, you might want to take a look at this plugin (take a look at the last sentence under “Why isn’t “Read More” showing on all pages”). It would be far more simple than creating a child theme and then adding stuff to functions.php and the content-block.php template parts file. You will likely have to add some custom CSS to make the button look as it does in Dyad since the plugin uses a different CSS class.

    hello Kathryn. when I started with wordpress, I started with wordpress.org. then I made an account here because I needed help. this forum has helped me a lot over time. And yes I have business plan on WordPress.com. I did not know that I should not ask for help on this forum if I have Business plan. I just asked help for my problem, but thank you for your suggestion.anyway, thank you for the help.
