I’ve tried clicking on “Posted on…”, posted a comment, then clicking Import. It still doesn’t work.

I’ve contacted Customer Support and posted on this forum with no reply.
1. Please click on the “Posted on…” link.
2. Write a comment.
3. Switch back to the plugin and click “Import Comments”
4. Please check your Log/History page and let me know what do you have there.
Please do all of the above steps.
Thanks for the reply. I followed your above steps around 13:26:00. Clicked Import a couple times for good measure after writing a comment.

There is nothing in the log “around 13:26:00”.
Please do exactly as we asked. Every STEP is VERY important.
1. Please click on the “Posted on…” link.
2. Write a comment.
3. Switch back to the plugin and click “Import Comments”
4. Please check your Log/History page and let me know what do you have there.
90% of the time when we asked people to do that they ignore one of the steps, usually the first one. People are thinking: “Who cares if it works when I click the link. I need it to work without it”. Please don’t do this. Right now we need some information. If you don’t do all the steps we will get the information wrong, and won’t be able to fix the issue.
I did exactly what you stated above again.
1. Clicked on “Posted on…” link.
2. Wrote a comment.
3. Switched back to the post and clicked Import Comments (clicked it multiple times)
4. Checked the log.

I would like to note that each time I click Import Comments, a window pops up and has a really quick message. Something along the lines of “Getting replies from fb…” This happens for less than a second, then a Close button shows, but no Comments are imported. I check the logs again and nothing new is listed in the logs.
I have contacted support 24 days ago with the last response from support 21 days ago.
They asked for admin access and I gave it to them. All that happened was someone turned on Reposter and left it on without informing me. Nothing was done to resolve my issue. The only way to get a response from NextScripts is to post here.
