Is the malware issue still a problem?

    I would like to install this plugin, but the reviews warn of a melware issue. Is that still a problem?

    I notice that the plug-in hasn’t been updated in a year and there doesn’t seem to be any support for it. I’m a little leery on installing a plug-in which had melware warnings 11 months ago and no support.
