Quantity Conditions For Specific Fees

Hello,
This plugin has been so useful in providing a solution for setup fees on products for our site. I have found the updated version on GitHub for Woocommerce 3.X and are looking to upgrade to WC 3.X instead of WC 2.6.14. My client is wanting to add a feature where the fee goes away after a specific quantity of a product is ordered.
I was wondering if you have any suggestions on a solution for this other than going into the code of your plugin and writing code for that specific fee? (Also, would it be better to suggest it as a feature on GitHub (as an issue)?)
