• Hello. I’m looking for the ability to click on a section of an image and have a custom field…filled in. For example, we would like to display the human body and visitors can click on all the body parts where they feel pain. When they click on those areas, that gets recorded.

Is this something that you or someone you know could develop, extending this plugin?

I have a project coming up and there are no plugins on the market that have this feature. This would be something we would obviously pay for and work into our proposal.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hello Ryan,

There are a few features of our plugin that would make this a bit challenging to implement and you might find it easier overall to use the Responsilight JS library we’re using behind the scenes to draw and show the highlighted areas to implement this kind of functionality. That plugin emits custom JS events that could be detected to check/uncheck some hidden checkboxes, and the data could then be handled just like a regular HTML form, which would make things much easier.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the bandwidth to take on the custom development at this time, but hopefully the information we’ve shared will help point you in a helpful direction.
