• Since I cannot seem to post in Templates and Design, I thought I’d post this here, since it does pertain to the WP 1.3 Alpha install, too.
And if anyone can figure out why I can’t seem to post a darn thing in Templates and Design (other than that they’re sick and tired of me there and Matt’s 86’d me!), I’d be appreciative! Anyway, here’s the post:
New design for Gemini Template Users . . .
And just in time for Autumn! Go here:
    http://www.babygotblog.com/wordpress-alpha/
And for you Alpha dogs (you know who you are!), there’s a version that can be used with 1.3 Themes as well.
Let me know how you like it.
    Joni

  • This is very nice. As to the images sub directory in – Odyssey and the 1.3 theme manager. – The important thing is that the CSS goes in the right place. The images could go wherever. It so happens that on the first CSS theme I installed I put the images in the same directory and not an image sub directory but that is up to the designer really. The file path is taken from the CSS. BUT: I was thinking that for a theme pack if a designer wanted to they could put all the images for multiple CSS styles in one common folder. That would keep our file structure neat and it would make a single image accessible from more than one CSS if needed. We could also add a second image directory for say all the backgrounds and pre load a pack of them. Just my 2c 🙂
