Fantastic Plugin

Nearly Perfect. Probably a very difficult problem to solve, but would be nice if the author added or modified the plugin to work with other decision tree plugins designed for contact 7 forms. If you simply need snazzy contact forms with simple layouts, this plugin wont disappoint.
