Confirmation Messages Not Working

Hi. I’m having an annyoing problem with CF7-

I’ve made a booking form for CF7 which works absolutely fine (messages get sent correctly, all present and correct there) but the “confirmation” message doesn’t show, I’m just getting the spinning disc.

I’ve disabled all CF plugin extensions I was using (datepicker and mailchimp extension) to no avail and also trawled the internet and I can’t seem to fathom the problem

Any ideas?
