Cache isn’t cleared when post is published

WPFC is creating cached files just fine. When I manually clear the cache of the homepage any other file it works fine.

But it just isn’t clearing cache when a post is published or updated. I’ve added a timeout rule for the frontpage and wp-cron says it excutes without errors but again the timestamp stays the same and the cache isn’t refreshed.

What am I missing here? New Post and Update Post are checked and set to clear cache of post, post categories, post tags and homepage.

I’m running the latest versions of everything and I’m not getting any warnings or errors.
