On my wordpress dashboard I have the following banner on the top of every page:
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /wp-content/plugins/foogallery/includes/admin/class-menu.php on line 54

I have seen this error before with users who are also using the FooGallery Media Menu extension. Are you using that?

If so, please make sure you are using the most recent version. You can download the most recent version from Github : https://github.com/fooplugins/foogallery-media-menu/archive/master.zip
