Timezone not working correctly

    On my Home page I am showing a feed of my calendar events. The Nov 17 date should be showing as Nov 16 with the local time of MST. When I change the start time from 5pm to 4pm local, the correct date shows, which leads me to believe this is a timezone issue. Can you help?
