    Hey

Thanks for a great plugin. It is far superior to the other plugins in this niche.

I am developing a business site that also intends on selling (as a small sideline) courses via the LearnPress plugin.

The problem is this. LP loads a lot of script which is not needed across most of the pages in my site. So I put a global unload on them in my homepage settings. And started working my way through the many other pages on my site.

Unfortunately when I got to the LP Course page, there was a message stating that that page was a different type, probably an archive, and thus any global unloads would be applied to that page.

The LP Courses page is a bit of a trouble maker…and yes because it is an archive page. I have already had to correspond with the plugin author to style the Courses page because it does not have a regular ID like the other LP Pages.

So the problem is this. I then have to UNTICK the global unload for all of the LP scripts (so that they are not disabled on the LP Courses page..which is the core landing page for selling courses) and then tediously work through each page ticking unload for the LP assets.

Is there a solution for this.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have provided a link to this post to the author of LP as well.

    Kind Regards

    Max

@khunmax, thanks for your feedback. If you have a page type such as archive, tag or author, then WP Asset CleanUp won’t work as it does for posts/pages and custom post types as those type of pages are not currently supported. They might be supported in a premium version of the plugin for sure if I decide to release one (if it grows in popularity) or they will eventually be implemented in the free version, but I can’t give you an estimated date. So, for now, you have to do it the way you suggested in your comment and it will still work, not ideal, I know.

PS: I suggest you hire a developer to do what you want if you need the desired functionality, though you’ll likely need to rely on him/her for any future updates.
