For some reason I have a slew of older backups taking up a ton of space on the server like 5gb! (perhaps they were set to internal storage before I made it backup to Dropbox?).

Can I safely delete these off the server in the /wp-content/updraft folder manually via ftp to clear up space?

** In addition, I am having database issues (hostgator saying too many resources). Could this be part of the issue? If I manually remove the backups via ftp, will that mess anything up? Will I get the benefit of it being out of the db? Or is there a different way to fully remove them?

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.
