Hi there,
When you go to uCare Settings page, the plugin should show you the URL of the help desk.
if that’s still not working, go to the Advanced tab in the plugin settings, check the option that says “Restore Template Page” and click Save.

I have tried those suggestions.
The help desk URL still leads to a 404 https://www.poshelp.com.au/?post_type=email_template&p=8608
Any other ideas?

Is that the URL that shows up under uCare – Settings ?
If so, then that’s really weird, and I haven’t seen this issue before. Would love to investigate more, just to see if there’s conflicts somewhere that I can add exceptions for.
