Not working on Graphene Theme

    Plugin works well for us in other sites using different themes, but can’t get it to work here, although all sites are on the same dedicated server, so we have to discard an hardware/software configuration issue. The only difference between two sites is the theme used because even the plugings are the same. Thus site runs a quite popular theme called Graphene v 2.1.2. We analized the code served from our server and there is no code for Amazon carousel (it shold be by the end of the body, where it says “Desde España” “Desde Estados Unidos” “Desde Reino Unido”

    Dear @abehsera,

    We tested with Graphene theme v2.1.2 on our setup and plugin is working fine with this theme. Also, as we can see on your website, the Product Carousel template is present.
    So hoping that issue is resolved now. By the way what was the issue? Also please feel free to reopen this thread in case you need further assistance.
