Hi there,
This sounds very much like a conflict is happening either with a 3rd party plugin/theme (or something on your site isn’t up to date) probably the theme is causing this.
I’d look to disabling all 3rd party plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default “Storefront” theme which you can find in your websites WPAdmin area under Themes > Add New > Search “Storefront”
Then after making sure everything is up to date on your site check to see if this is still happening or not.
Hope that helps.
The three tabs are present on your sample product page as light blue boxes labelled Services Additionnels, Description and Avis. The tabs are not arranged in the usual manner as tabs because of a JavaScript error: “Bootstrap Tooltips require tether.” Sometimes one Javascript error will prevent other Javascripts from running properly, in this case the WooCommerce tabs Javascript.
Hopefully deactivating other plugins may identify the one that is using tether. Otherwise the fix is to link to tether in the head section of the page, and this is best done by your theme developer. You appear to be using a custom theme – are his services still available to you? Otherwise, consider switching to a popular and regularly updated WooCommerce compatible theme.
hello
thank you very much for your answer
i had switch off wootours plugin and tabs are ok.
but i need To use wootours.
how i can resolve this problem?
sorry but i not speak english very Well
Your English is fine.
Its not reasonable to change WooCommerce to work with every other plugin. There are just too many.
The opposite applies, WooTours should work with WooCommerce. So you’ll need to contact the WooTour’s author about the problem. Explain that the tether error prevents the product-page tabs from working.

Hi,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
