    I am having some trouble with some documents that I recently uploaded to my site. I have unchecked the downloadable by non-members box and show social apps boxes for the documents and then copied the download link to the page and pasted it as the link URL.

    Only 1 of the documents that I added can be downloaded, the others bring up the following error message, “Memphis Documents Error: 2_RiskSource_Cybr_Safety.pdf was not found, please contact the owner for assistance.”

    Are you able to explain what’s going on and how I can fix this?

    check the mdocs upload folder and see if you can see that file. You docs upload folder can be found where you upload normally to WordPress in the mdocs/ folder.
