Since updating my site yesterday I (and my sellers) get the following error code when trying to update a product:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_file() on array in /var/sites/t/totallytemplates.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-post-data.php on line 496

Can anybody help with regards to how to fix the code?

    Kind regards,

    Carla

    Hi @bagslash,

That’s not good. Unfortunately this error is not related to our plugin so I am not sure what’s going on. It looks like either WooCommerce did not update itself correctly or there’s a plugin conflict.

I would suggest turning your WooCommerce-related plugins off and trying to save a product again. If this works, turn your plugins back on one-by-one until you find the plugin causing the error. If the issue persists, try manually replacing your WooCommerce files (via SFTP) or reverting back to a previous WooCo version.

    I hope that helps.

    All the best,
    Kevin.

You’re a legend Kevin. I think I’ve sorted it now by updating/deleting various plugins and so far so good. It’s really good of you to reply, thank you. XXXX
