Allowing Editor to access ‘Edit’ and ‘Widgets’ under Appearance

Hello

I wish to give a user (currently an ‘editor’ role) access to the widgets and the editor item under Appearance menu on dashboard.

I have found a plugin that will allow access to ‘editor’ (user role editor) and a separate plugin that will give access to ‘widgets’ (Editor menu and widgets) but is there one that will do both? or something I can add to the functions file?
