Help with logic

An agency built my site and they told me that I can only use logic based on, below are two examples for the English and Spanish langue:
ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘en’
ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘es’Is there the possibility to target individual page only and exclude? For instance, the logic targeting all English pages except one or two individual pages. I’m a NON-tech guy so if there is the possibility explain it plain or you are welcome to do this directly, of course you will get paid.
