Yoast Meta Box Not Available

Hi
I have some pages of taxonomy on which Yoast seo meta box does not appear. I have checked all the setting. All default sections on which yoast seo metabox should appear are enabled like posts, categories etc.
There is a certain section where the box does not appear and there is no option to enable it.
How can I do that?
My website taxonomy is: http://www.abcd.com/store/store1
The other page is created dynamically and have similar content
http://www.abcd.com/store/store1/product1I want to add canonical URL in http://www.abcd.com/store/store1/product1 which will point to http://www.abcd.com/store/store1 but there is no option to do that.
On the other hand, I have a box on http://www.abcd.com/store/store1 backend, but if I add any canonical url just to test, it does not have it the rel=canonical in source.
Please provide solution.
