    I am on my own server :

    Operating System : Linux
    Server : Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5
    Memory usage : 14.19 MByte
    MYSQL Version : 5.0.67-community
    SQL Mode : Not set
    PHP Version : 5.2.5
    PHP Safe Mode : Off
    PHP Allow URL fopen : On
    PHP Memory Limit : 32M
    PHP Max Upload Size : 2M
    PHP Max Post Size : 8M
    PHP Max Script Execute Time : 30s
    PHP Exif support : No
    PHP IPTC support : Yes
    PHP XML support : Yes

    WordPress 2.7 Fresh Install.

    When I upload new picture the thumbnail doesnt created.

    I see a red X insted !

    Help me.

    This can happen if you don’t have sufficient memory. Can you boost your memory limit further (about 64M)?

    I have similar problem with my NextGen gallery.
    Thumbnails aren’t created. I get massagge:

    “You do not have the correct permission”

    All gallery folders have 777 premitions
