Seems some plugin add extra capabilities, your can add more capability from customizer_preview_user_capabilities filter. Which plugin you are using to add customizer option?

Everything is seems ok, It would be great if you can give me kirki options customized theme to test? I checked some kirki based themes from wp.org but they worked fine.

I do not use anything special, all that is stated in the Kirki documentation. I sent you the archive to the mail with options.
Then I think it’s not from kirki, It’s a conflict from other plugin, I just saw NON-EXISTENT CHANGESET UUID error then wp login page.
No, now I deactivated all plugins except the Kirki Toolkit and your Demo Preview plugin.

Perhaps you should ask Ari @aristath to try this plugin with itself with its options. He knows for sure.

First it shows CHANGESET UUID then redirect to login page, So could you check when you login and goto customize page? Does it shows CHANGESET UUID issue?

Login to wp, disable Customizer Preview for Theme Demo plugin, enable it, logout then check please.
