Why just one Star?

Just to start – the free version of ninja forms has a sleek design and brings a lot of functionality out of the box.

But when you get into the paid addons things start to get mediocre. After getting their User Management Addon and discovered that for example there was no logout option, password strength meter and so on.

The answer from their support then pointed me to some outdated and not maintained free plugins as a workaround.

This was specially disappointing, when one sees the great quality and user-friendliness the free ninja forms has and they show that they are capable to do so much better.

While the free ninja forms deserves 4-5 stars, their support and User Management add-on perfectly managed to bring it down to a sad 1 star 🙁
