When I go to Deli Theme Customizing, then making my changes – the Save & Publish button is not working. When I click on the Save & Publish button it just goes back to the Save & Publish button, not to just Save.Nothing in Customize is saving.

If I go to exit out of the Customizing I receive a Popup saying –
“Do you want to leave this sites?
Changes you made may not be saved.”

I even went to Appearance, Editor – Deli: class-deli-customizer.php to change colors. This is not saving colors I chose. I even deactivated and deleted both Deli theme and storefront. Then reinstalled storefront first, then Deli theme. This didn’t help either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there Debbie,

Not saving of style changes can be related to either a caching issue or some kind of 3rd party plugin conflict usually if your sites configuration is ok.

If everything is up to date one your site and running the latest version then could you check to make sure a 3rd party plugin isn’t preventing the changes showing…

A good way to do this is with a free plugin called Meks Quick Plugin Disabler (https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/), which will remember what plugins you currently have active so it’s easy to switch back.

If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
